It’s that time of year! Pull your drum out from wherever it has been sleeping for the past few months or even years and get it ready for some summer action! We are loaded with beautiful new skins and the workshop is ready in action. Give your drum a visual and aural make over for 2019.

Nathaniel has been making drums for the best part of 15 years and can give you the advice you need to get the most out of your drum. Whether your drum needs a simple tune up or a full drum reskin we can do the job. We have a range of skins including African goat skins and Australian goat and cow skins. These all produce different sounds and suit different drums and players.

We only use marine grade ropes on our drums to ensure they will hold the high tension needed for a good sounding drum and last the life of the skin. These come in a range of colours and we can custom make your drum to your preferred look. African fabrics are used to wrap the metal rings and these also come in a range of colours and styles. Choosing your own fabrics and ropes is a great way to make your drum unique and just for you.
