Last week we set off for Drum Sing Dance with Milestones Centres across WA! Over the week we covered 12 centres, with sometimes three in one day. There was lots of driving, loading in, loading out but most importantly there were lots of smiling children at the end of each session.
Monday, we visited Quinns Rock, Kinross and Ashby Milestones Centres.
On Tuesday we visited Edgewater and Yokine Milestones Centres.
Another big day on Wednesday, when we visited Sanctuary waters, Canningvale and Lynwood Milestones Centres.
On Thursday we visited Kalamunda and Helena Valley Milestones Centres.
Finally, on Friday we visited Middle Swan and Swan View Milestones Centres.
Do you think the children noticed we were feeling a little tired on Friday? We hope not! 😉
There were lots of dancing and monkeying around and each child had their own drum to play. We had the children warming up with dance moves and singing as loud as they can! Most of our sessions were outdoors, so plenty of space and lots of fresh air for the children to stay focused and keen.
Milestones have centres throughout the entire of Australia. Children and educators were fantastic and really engaged. It was a joy to bring Drum Sing Dance with Milestones Centres this year in WA. Thanks for having us!
