Description
Dundun Dance Classes are active dance classes which combine West African dance moves with West African Dundun drumming. Dunduns are played with sticks and are cylindrical in shape and double ended. They originate from West Africa. These classes will have you moving around your drum, clapping sticks, beating drums and smiling large. It is incredibly fun and you needn’t be a dancer or a drummer to do this class. It is a fantastic class for stress relief, fitness and coordination. This class helps develop an understanding of the rhythm to dance which is essential to African culture and music.
