What does Easter mean to you?

Easter has come and gone and I’m wondering how many of you have sworn to never eat chocolate again?? I saw an interesting post on Facebook last-night about the gap between Jesus and the Easter bunny.  What do you tell your children? I think many Australians see Easter as a long weekend with family and lots of treats. How many of us, actually describe to their children whats behind all the chocolate and cute bunnies? How many of us view this as important? a myth? or just plain nonsense? I personally didn’t celebrate Easter this year, not because I have any fundamental belief systems about it, just because I didn’t catch up with family and/or buy any chocolate…Is that Un-Australian? What does Easter mean to you?…..
