Hi family and friends of Rhythm Culture. The year has begun and last night we kicked off our first lot of classes for the new decade.
We had a wonderful break over Christmas and we hope you did too. It feels like yesterday we were saying “how will we manage without our drum and dance fix for 6 weeks”..but here we are at the other end of the tunnel and back into action!
Feeling those leg and arm muscles after last nights class, it makes you realise how quickly your body adjusts to not moving! We are super pumped to build up our staminas and get back into the weekly rhythm of seeing all of your smiling faces regularly again!
There are a few updates on the classes due to another little addition to our family due in 8 weeks. As those of you know who were coming to our classes last year, Elijah our 9 year old and Emiel our 5 year old have been training up on duns and djembe, so please know that although there will be a few changes to classes over the next 6 months, this third little drummer is in the making and we have big plans for our family ensemble to make our weekly classes the most pumping drum and dance classes in the universe! Well universally famous on the Sunshine Coast anyway 🙂
