Rhythm Culture recently had an absolute blast with the team at ARUP Adelaide. The session was a team building leadership seminar for 40 staff members of ARUP. The intention of the event was the EOFY celebration for the team. The focus was to bring the team together and see what they could collectively create with each of their differences.
The staff member at ARUP had no idea on what in store for them and there was an element of mystery around their day and where they were to gather. This always makes for an exciting event! It has to be our favourite way to begin a team building session and made this day of team building in Adelaide a special treat.
There were loads of drums, lots of noise and heaps of connection with laughs and smiles. There is always so much excitement in Team building workshops. We never know what the participants will bring and our drumming facilitation and joy of drumming is always met with warm, welcome and engaged teams who are excited to be doing something different and altogether.
The team at ARUP Adelaide were so pleased with our sessions. Their feedback was sensational! We love team building in Adelaide!!
