Closh African Cow Bell

The closh is an African bell made from metal. It has a very bright high pitched sound and is usually struck with a metal rod, coin, or ring. It is often played with the three dunduns, the kenkenni, sangban and dundunba. The three different sizes match the three different sizes of the dundun drums and give a high pitched melody to complement the bass melody of the dunduns
