Belt Shakers

The Belt shaker is made from seed pods and makes a beautiful watery sound when worn by a dancer or used as a shaker! They can be worn on the ankles or the wrists and attaches easily using a velcro strip sewn onto kente cloth. The seed pods have a wonderful texture and what we would call a loud sound for a shaker.
