WHAT HAPPENS IN A RHYTHM CULTURE DRUM & DANCE CLASS?

Weekly Emails To Track Your Progress

Throughout your first 4 weeks of drum and/or dance, we will send you out emails to check in with you and track your progress. You will receive hints, tips, and special deals including FREE classes to strengthen and deepen your connection to West African rhythm. There are loads on offer and all you have to do is sign up as a first time student. You can grab this special 4 week $50 deal here.

 How Do  You Improve?

Videos are uploaded every Thursday morning. These videos are so that you can go over content during the week as it is super normal and expected that you will forget everything! 🙂 No pressure in doing homework but remember the more you listen to the rhythms the easier it will become. Give yourself 6-8 weeks to start hearing and feeling what we do in class. It takes time. Be patient! There is no hurry as long as you are enjoying the process!
