3. Terms and Conditions
1. All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise stated. 2. All late payments will incur a $20 late payment fee if unpaid after 21 days. There after all late payments will incur a 20% surcharge per calendar month, billed weekly, or part there of, until payment is received. 3. Any cancellation or changes to the booking after the booking form has been submitted will be charged a 20% fee of the total owing. 4. If cancellation occurs within 21 days of the booking date a 50% charge of the total owing will be charged. 5. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the booking date a 100% charge of the total owing will be charged.*
