New African dancing classes start this Tuesday with the beautiful Pascale. Classes start at 6.30pm at the Palmwoods Memorial. The cost is $10 and this is a casual class that works through a traditional West African dance routine over the period of 5 weeks. There is live drumming and loads of action, laughter and fun. This is the ultimate fitness class, where you are having so much fun you don’t even realise you are sweating! This is a shoes off, have fun and get into you class. No experience necessary and we guarantee you an amazing time. Come join us! It’s you!
