Seychelles islander Grace Barbé is the real deal, a genuinely exotic world music star for the 21st century, with the talent, looks and voice to match. Grace’s soulful music reflects and celebrates the diverse cultural influences of her Indian Ocean heritage (African, Asian and European).
Having already performed at Australia’s leading music festivals including Byron Bay Bluesfest, WOMADelaide and Woodford plus internationally at SAKIFO and IOMMA (La Reunion), Reggae Donnsa (Mauritius) and Carnivale Internationale de Victoria (Seychelles) Grace is already well on the way to becoming the next diva of world music in the tradition of Angelique Kidjo and Miriam Makeba.
