Guess who is coming?

It has been two years since we have had a visit but we are super excited to announce that a good friend and an incredibly talented artist will be returning back to the Sunshine Coast to share his knowledge and renowned experience with us and you. This August 6th and 7th we will be running drumming classes with Bassidi Kone. There will be classes for beginners and experienced players.

We will also throw a night of entertainment into the mix so that you can watch this mans musical talents in action, along with some other incredibly talented and local Sunshine Coast artists. Bassidi has become family to us over the years and if you havn’t seen him on djembe or behind the balaphon, this is a show that you cannot miss. For a real cultural experience from the very roots of Africa, join us and Bassidi to experience where it all began. These workshops are recommended for anyone that has an interest in African culture, music and rhythm.
